Private Membership Association Agreement (PMA)

This Private Membership Association Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the BRO Foundation ("Association") and the individual or entity seeking membership ("Member").

1. Nature of the Association

The Association is a private membership association organized for the purpose of fostering a secure, identity-first ecosystem for creators and agents.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals and entities who align with the Association's mission of decentralized identity and creator autonomy.

3. The BROfile as Membership

A BROfile represents a soulbound membership identity within the Association. It is non-transferable and serves as the primary credential for Association activities.

4. Rights and Responsibilities

Members have the right to participate in Association programs, use Association-provided tools, and contribute to the ecosystem. Members are responsible for maintaining the integrity of their identity and respecting the private nature of the Association.

5. Private Nature of Transactions

All activities and transactions within the Association are private matters between the Association and its Members, or between Members themselves.

6. Termination

The Association reserves the right to revoke membership if a Member violates the Association's core principles or this Agreement.
