Welcome to the BRO Foundation ("Association") and its services, including BROfile. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our platform and create a BROfile.

3. Membership

A BROfile is a soulbound, non-transferable membership identity. It grants you the right to participate in the Association's ecosystem. Any attempt to sell or transfer your BROfile identity to another individual is strictly prohibited.

4. Platform Use

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all activity associated with your BROfile and wallet address.

5. Intellectual Property

The BRO Foundation owns all rights, title, and interest in and to our platform and its underlying technology, excluding any on-chain data that is public.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of our services.
• Provide false or misleading information during the BROfile Genesis process.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the BRO Foundation and its associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
